Our strategic plan is a bold step forward, aiming to extend our reach and impact,
ensuring more young people can access the care, education and health they
deserve.
The Foundation Improvement Plan (FIP) for 2025–2026 sets our aims and objectives
for the year ahead, guided by the voices of our staff, students, and families.

Foundation Improvement Plan 2025–2026
Our Foundation Improvement Plan for 2025–2026 highlights our clear priorities for
continuous improvement across education, care, health, staff development, family
engagement, and sustainability and is guided by the voices of our community. Our
special interest groups regularly meet to monitor the progression of the objectives
identified through the FIP.
