RECOGNISING OUR STAFF:
STAFF DEVELOPMENT
Our workforce remains central to delivering high-quality care, education, health and
therapeutic support.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND VOICE
This year focused on strategic Learning and Development initiatives. A whole-Foundation L&D
Day championed Neurodiversity, reinforcing our commitment to inclusive, neuro-affirming
environments and practices.
We transitioned all boy-contact staff to PRICE Training from Team-Teach, aligning better with
our trauma-informed, person-centered ethos.
The migration of Performance Development Reviews onto BlueSky gives colleagues greater
ownership of their goals, with 100% of staff now on the system.
