STUDENT AND LEARNER VOICE:
INFLUENCING OUTCOMES
Student and learner voice continues to be at the heart of our work. Through school
councils, learner forums, and residential groups, children and young adults have shaped
decisions on uniform, curriculum enrichment, facilities, events, and policies.
Their contributions have led to new opportunities such as vocational workshops,
community projects, and creative showcases such as Bill Smith’s Got Talent, launching in
2025.
