STUDENT ATTENDANCE:
COMMITMENT TO ENGAGEMENT
At our school, sixth form, and college, we are committed to an inclusive approach to
attendance that recognises the diverse challenges our children and young adults may face.
We foster a warm and compassionate environment where every young person feels seen,
supported, and valued. At the same time, we maintain clear expectations and a rigorous focus
on regular attendance, knowing that consistent engagement is key to academic success and
personal growth.
Through open communication, early intervention, and tailored support, we work in partnership
with our young people and families to ensure everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
